Commercial vs Charity, what will my event come under?
We class a commercial booking as an event which does not benefit the wider community, ie a commercial sale, party or celebration etc. Our interpretation of a 'charity' booking is an event which benefits everyone, and in which every can be involved. Charity bookings are not for profit, or for a small profit. Your group doesn't have to be a registered charity to qualify for this rate. When you make a booking, or an enquiry, we will advise you as to which rate you will be charged.

Can I make a provisional booking?
Yes! Please tell us when you make a booking that you wish for it to be provisional, otherwise we will assume that it is a deffinate booking.

When will I recieve my invoice?
Invoices are sent out at the beginning of each calendar month.

Can I view the hall before I book?
We would love to show you our facilities. Just give us a call to arrange a meeting via our Contact Us page.
How do I make a payment?
You can make a payment by either cash or cheque, BACS, Direct Debit and Standing Order are available on request.
Tables and Chairs?
Every room has its own supply of tables and chairs. These can be found inside the cupboards situated on either the left or right side of each room. You will need to set out your own furniture, and ensure that they are put away at the end of your event. We allow time for setting up and putting away of furniture, please see below. If you require us to set up for you, there is a charge for this service. Please choose from the following 2 options;
A) Set up OR put away = £15
B) Set up AND put away = £25
The charge will be added at the time of booking and will appear on both your invoice and booking confirmation.
Is there anything else I need to know?
To allow for setting up and putting away, we give each booking an extra 15 minutes each side of the times specified. This extra time is free of charge, and will not appear on your invoice or booking confirmation. When you make a booking, we will make you aware of this, and answer any questions you have. Please be aware of this extra time when arriving for your booking.
